We checked out the zoo this weekend and found the new Children's Zoo. Its fantastic! I think we could stay there all day! This is a man-made stream flowing from a waterfall. The kids can build dams with the rocks and walk all around in it. There is also a small splash pad beside the waterfall where Peyton got entirely too wet for a April day.
And the red dirt is fake. Its totally clean. :)
Unless you step off of the padding and into the real red dirt...
